Dogwoods in bloom!

We weren't able to make it up to Washington for the Cherry Blossom Parade this year, but there is plenty of nature right here in Virginia. On the other side of the Blue Ridge, the annual Charlottesville Dogwood Festival was celebrated last week. The sparkling clear skies yesterday induced me to step outside for enough time to take this photo, reminding me that I've been hunched over this computer for way too much time lately.
